Rick Kolodinsky is a
Florida Supreme Court Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and Certified
Mediator. An honors graduate of Rutgers University, he received his Juris
Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 1977 and has practiced law in Florida
since 1978. He received the highest rating available for legal ability and
ethical standards - an AV rating - from the nation’s leading legal
directory, Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Kolodinsky is a member of the American, Florida,
Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Volusia County Bar Associations. He is also a
member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and has served on the Board
of Directors for the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. In addition, he has
served as a member of the Executive Committee for the Volusia Civil Trial
Lawyers Association and
is a charter member as a "Master" of the Dunn-Blount Inn of Court. Mr.
Kolodinsky has been selected as a Leading Florida Attorney and listed in the
Leading American Attorneys Directory.

Mr. Kolodinsky is admitted
to practice before the State Courts of Florida, New Jersey and Pennsylvania
as well as the Federal Courts in Florida, New Jersey, Fifth Circuit Court of
Appeals in New Orleans and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta.
He has twice received the
Eagle Talon Award from the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, a watchdog
agency that protects our constitutional rights, for his work and dedication
to Academy ideals.
Mr. Kolodinsky has received
many other professional and community honors and was appointed by the
Governor to the Judicial Nominating Commission where he served as Chairman.
He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Atlantic Center of the Arts.

William H. Seitz, a native of Daytona Beach, is
a graduate of Stetson University. He received his Juris Doctor at Cumberland
School of Law in Birmingham, where he was active with the Cumberland Mock
Trial Advocacy Program.
Since his admission to the Florida Bar in 1979, Mr.
Seitz has practiced primarily in the areas of plaintiff’s personal injury
and wrongful death law. In addition, he represents injured workers in
workers compensation cases and individuals making Social Security disability
claims.
Mr. Seitz obtained his Circuit Civil Mediation
Certificate in 1991 and has been actively mediating Circuit Civil cases.
He is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar,
Volusia County Bar Association, Volusia County Civil Trial Lawyers
Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Academy of Florida
Trial Lawyers. |
| In addition to being a leader in his
church, Mr. Seitz has been recognized for his many years of work with
children and volunteer coaching of Little League baseball and Volusia County
and Port Orange youth basketball. |

Rick Tresher is a third generation resident of
Volusia County. He attended undergraduate school at the University of
Florida and received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law
in 1981. While in law school, Mr. Tresher won an award for oral advocacy
and co-authored the supplements of legal research books on insurance law and
damages.
Mr. Tresher began his career as an Assistant State
Attorney in Titusville. He then practiced with a large insurance defense
firm where he represented insurance companies and their insured's in
personal injury claims. For the past fourteen years, Mr. Tresher has used
his experience and knowledge to fight for the rights of individuals in
personal injury and wrongful death claims as well as those who have been
wronged by their insurance companies. Mr. Tresher has tried over 75 cases
to a jury. |
| He is a member of the Volusia Bar
Association, the Volusia Civil Trial Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar
and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Mr. Tresher practices in the
State and Federal Courts for the Middle District of Florida. He has
received the highest rating available for legal ability and ethical

Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Tresher is active in his community and has served
on the Board of Directors of the Center for the Visually Impaired, the Bert

Jason O. Brown is a native of Winter Park,
Florida who graduated from Florida State University and taught in the
Volusia County Public School System prior to attending law school. Mr.
Brown received his Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at
Mercer University in 1992. That same year he was admitted to both the
Florida and Georgia Bar Associations.
Mr. Brown is president-elect of the Volusia County Bar
Association, and has been a member of its Board of Directors. He is also a
charter member of the Dunn-Blount Inn of Court and active in the Academy of
Florida Trial Lawyers.
He has practiced personal injury and nursing home law
as well as labor, appellate and civil rights law with Kolodinsky, Seitz,
Tresher and Brown. |
| Mr. Brown is a volunteer advocate for abused and
neglected children in the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program. |
